What is Flutter?

Flutter is a modern app development kit designed to build apps for iOS, Android, and Google Fuchsia, a new platform that is being developed by Google.
The moment Google released the first stable version of the Flutter framework on December 5th 2018, the framework has been talk of the town among most developer communities.
Flutter is built using Dart, a modern, object-oriented programming language. Dart uses a C-style syntax that transcompiles optionally into JavaScript.
